His transfer has been dragging on for weeks with rumours of high wage demands flying about.
It seemed to be drawing to a conclusion yesterday with news that Leicester were back in for him and talks were ongoing.
Today WalesOnline are reporting that he is having a medical - at Palace!
Just go Fraizer so we know where we are. Trouble is we'll only have about nine strikers left.

Not sure why he thinks he is that good. Yes a decent player, sure, but deserving to be the highest paid member of a team? Not that good imo.

No doubt he wants to match the wage he got at City. It is clear that some of the signings were on inflated money, but I guess that was how they were persuaded to sign in the first place.
Tom Ince travelled across the country - and Europe! - in search of a move, whereas Campbell is caught in a tug-of-war between two clubs - Leicester and Palace.
It seems to be like the press are just trying to keep the story ticking over, when in truth there's probably been little development over the past few weeks.

I think he just wants to be certain he's making the right move. He wants to move into bigger things, and he can't so that if he accidentally findings himself on the bench at his new club. Leicester have some very talented strikers that he might find difficult shifting out of the first team. Palace on the other hand have Dwight Gayle, who is a very similar type of striker to Campbell.
