Fingers crossed for a decent game after yesterday’s snooze-fest.

Germany have created plenty of chances in the tournament, but Italy have been pretty sound in defence. Something’s got to give or it’s penalties again.

Reus looked impressive against Greece so hopefully he will be picked again up front.

Italy have never lost against the Germans in a competitive game, but I think that record will go this evening. 2-0 to Germany.

I've backed Germany to win the euros but have a very bad feeling about tonight's game. It still hasn't stopped me backing Germany to win 3-1 Germany v. Italy 3210875682

Agreed with near enough everything there. Really hope Reus plays again as I thought he was fantastic.

Although I have to disagree on the result as I think Italy are going to win on penalties again. 1-1 AET 5-4 on penalties.

My head says Germany (and my wallet since I will win £12 in the work sweepstake if they do win!) but my heart says that Italy will sneak it!

I think it will be a close game and I have a feeling that Italy will sit back and defend and hit on the counter, hope I'm wrong as this could be another Snoozefest...

I can see Germany winning comfortably, but you never know!

Think it has the potential to be pretty boring if the Italians come to defend and let everything go through Pirlo to Mario (both of who will probably be more effectively managed than in the England game).

I think the Germans will win but either way hope for an early goal to liven the game up - not had a look at the odds to see if there is an value in betting.

Yes, an early goal for Germany will mean Italy have to be more adventurous, which doesn't really suit them.
They've struggled to score throughout the tournament, but maybe Balotelli will finally come good after being disappointing so far.

To be honest this has been a pretty boring tournament in fairness - hoping tonight proves to be different.

Spain Italy final would be shockingly boring if Spain keep possession and Italy just defend - if the Germans get through might be a touch more interesting.

Might have £5 on Mario first scorer.

Over 3.5 goals at 4/1. More in hope than expectation. Want the strikers to redeem themselves. #goalfest
