No, not that tackle, the one on Valencia last night.
It was late, over the top and a scissor tackle yet ITV and today's rags are blaming Valencia for reacting (he could have had his leg broken) and the ref.
Good job it wasn't Valencia doing that to Sterling - there would be outrage.

I don't think it's nasty (although I seem to remember him being a right little s**t), I just think it's a really crap tackle.

In the eternal optimism that is my mind I'd like to believe that all fouls are just crap tackles, with the exception of the midfield chop down. Most decent human beings don't go out to deliberately aim to put their boot right into someone's calf. Whether footballers actually are decent human beings is a different matter
