With the hoisting of the giant olympic rings onto Tower Bridge today, I thought it might provide the opportunity for a new olympic sport - flinging a burning javelin through the rings from the deck of a Thames barge. More points for the upper rings, of course.
Any other ideas for new sports that ought to be there at the games?
