anyway lets say this has substance... it would make sense now the malky/moody situation sorted as a pending court case wouldnt suit potential buyers,??

Having read the post on the other board, it looks to me like a throwaway comment by Simon Lim, rather than anything to be taken seriously and to be fair, I don't think Carl has done that.
