I'm pretty sure he can't be used as he is over 21 and wasn't named in the 25 man squad at the end of January. Why places were found in the squad for Smith and Connolly but not Mason is somewhat perplexing.

You're right Toast. He's back because he completed the maximum 93 days on loan with a club but isn't eligible for us - although fortunately Tommy Smith is eligible to play in all our remaining games
