Really not good news as he is one that cannot be replaced. Can we ask Zaha to play to his potential, please?

I doubt it, why he's been instrumental to what little success we have had this season he has had too little a part to play to have caught bigger clubs attention. Particularly now his season appears to be over, I think he will be with us at the start of next season. If he continues his good form though, we might be fighting them off come January.

I'm not convinced we would lose all our best players. Wigan didn't.

There is a difference.
Wigan had been an established PL team, had won the FA Cup and would be playing in Europe this season. They were also fancied to bounce straight back up.
Cardiff City, on the other hand, are a complete shambles on and off the pitch. IMO, it is likely that any players with ambition and who might be attractive to other clubs will be away asap. I expect a complete re-build.

If I was an playing employee of Cardiff City FC, I'd be looking for a way out.
