However rumours this morning that OGS has accepted then changed his mind..  

He's the man we want, so would be great to get him.

I've spoken to a few Molde fans who claim he would not move back to Britain unless he was joining a "settled club", hence why he rejected Aston Villa.

What exactly is a settled club nowadays, a club that keeps the same manager for more than 2 seasons? Not many of those anymore...

With all his hype, im not so sure he'd care about having a long deal. We have to accept that if he is all people say he is, the elite clubs will come knocking. Therefore, if he has faith in himself, it'd be futile to pick your next club based on building a legacy - you might only be there two years.

My impression is that you will be getting a good manager who is young but experienced in many ways. Ole also has much respect of the people in the football world and would provide the club he manages with good source of players from clubs not only in england such as former club manchester but also norwegian talents and those elsewhere in the scandinavian region.

He will make mistake but he is young so this you must expect but with good money he will buy good players.
