I don't think he's saying anything particularly new but he is at least saying it. I have to agree too as it applies to Welsh youngsters as much as English

I agree AD. Nothing really new, but still worth emphasising. It's a pity that some of the people who sit around me at CCS won't accept that with City in the premier league we also need a change in culture. As someone who has spent time watching some of the 'lesser' teams of city youngsters over the years, I have for a long time been impressed with the attitude of their coaches and the way in which they encourage parents to adopt a positive attitude towards all of the youngsters involved in the games. The boys respond positively too by applauding good play and of course there's no back chat when the refs make decisions.

used to coach in mini rugby. that was fun until one day there was a punch up on the next pitch. oh didn't i say, yes it involved the parents and not the kids
