I had the displeasure of seeing about 12 fully grown men chase and beat up 4 or 5 Everton supporting kids on my way home from the game.
Oh how big and clever and manly they must have felt, taking on people half their age, two to one.
Absolute fucking morons.

I heard about this on the other boards. I thought the bad days of Cardiff fans doing this were long gone but perhaps I was a bit premature in thinking so.
Was it unprovoked? Any witnesses? Were the kids alright?
I always think peer pressure is the best way of getting rid of this kind of behaviour. If City fans can club together, catch the culprits and get them banned and facing criminal charges then it will send out a strong message that this kind of thing will not be tolerated by anyone, least of all, fellow City fans.

As I got there, I heard someone shout 'oi you, you scouse cunts!', and then the mob of City fans went over to the Everton lads, threw their pints at them, and started throwing punches.
As far as I could see, it was unprovoked. The Everton kids were just walking past the pub.

They seemed OK. A bit bloodied, but able to walk / stagger away.

If you're able to recognise them Ste, I'd actively encourage you to report anything you saw to the Police or club. Not only is it a horrendous and pointless act, nobody wants chumps like these representing Cardiff City especially now we're on a worldwide stage, current holder of Family Club of the Year and developing a very good reputation as one of the best away days in the Premier League. It only takes one stupid incident like this to undo all that good work.
If you can do it Ste, please do it.

Well said AD. We should all back you in this. Why not start a campaign amongst CCFC fans to out any of the blaggards involved in such behaviour. I bet it would soon catch on throughout the country and football would be all the better for it.
