Memory is not too good these days so I can't remember seeing notification of a SLO at CCFC, so thought I'd post this just for information. Details taken from FSF Newsletter. The SLO for Cardiff City F C is one TOM GORRINGE who can be contacted via email at Tom.Gorringe@cardiffcityfc.co.uk
What is an SLO? An SLO is a club employee responsible for building bridges between the club and its fans. SLOs might communicate fans’ opinions to a club’s board or senior staff members, and should also liaise with stewards, police and counterparts at opposition clubs.
