Cheers for spitting in our faces by inviting Sam back with open arms Tan.
I won't let it get away with the great news the debt is gone, and he isn't involved with decisions in any way which is at least something. But it's nice to know when faced with digging deeper into his pocket or insulting the fans of the club Sam nearly killed, he'd choose the insult.

Yes, it does stick in the throat that he gets a Presidency of sorts for essentially being a total bastard BUUUT it could've been so much worse all round and at least now, he has absolutely NO leverage with the club.

And only in advisory role, sam can speak and say whatever but the board Do not have to listen to him
Now the debt is gone red, I think that most fans will now be united in wanting a new owner. The debt was the thing that held us over the barrel, now with it gone there is no reason to be afraid and nothing stopping an aggressive campaign to oust him, some might say.
Although, for me, although I don't really think he helps himself with some of his decisions, the things he says and the way he treats the fans, we will forever remember how Tan not only saved our club from non-existence ( potentially) but delivered premiership football and a legacy of sound club structures. I am very grateful that Tan decided to invest in the club.

Tan deserves respect for potentially saving our club. But us fans also deserve more respect than Tan shows us.
How can he have the nerve to publically critiscise us for showing him a lack of respect when we seem to mean so little to him?

All I've seen is that he said he was disappointed with the reaction of some fans over the rebranding. I agree with him there.

Langstone is gone. I don't care if that dick Hamman gets a free ticket to our home games as a result. The club is secure now and years of mediocrity, crippling debt and fears of administration are gone

Good news - One less thing to think about it.
Although I feel we have felt this way before, when Sam arrived with his money and looked what happened there...
