The Gomis deal is dead and buried, he told Malky he wanted someone bigger and better. Can't see him going to the Toon as he keeps saying he wants Champions League football. He probably wants a massive deal otherwise.

Like arkay said the other day, malky is certainly aiming high with his targets, something that it'd rather him do, and get regular rebuffs, then settle for less..
