First topic message reminder :
I'm going through two shirts, three showers and about ten pints of water a day. My flat is like an oven but I can't sit around in the nuddy for fear of leaving Arkay-sized sweat patches on the furniture. I genuinely look forward to getting to the office as it the only place I go that has effective air con (note: for those not in the know, this is a system for cooling air not a scam to rob you of oxygen).
Still, makes a ruddy pleasant change and I can't honestly remember such a good run of sun since 1989 (and yes, I'm aware some of you weren't even born then
)

Cracking thunderstorm here at 4.00 am and this morning is cooler (25°) and showery.......will warm up again later and then the grass, which was starting to resemble Muirfield, will start growing again at an alarming rate.........
