Gower has gone to Charlton, while Bridge has been signed by Reading.
Gary O'Neil anyone?
Gary O'Neil anyone?

It was the only name that really stood out for me, unless Carlton Cole will play for peanuts

If I could be bothered to assemble it, you could make a hell of a starting 11 from this list. Top ten would be in reach I'd reckon.

Call me paranoid, but I sense that was a cheap shot...

Cheap? I was hoping it would be free! But it's one borne out of sheer jealousy resulting from a total inability at this sort of game...er, I mean, serious football strategy simulation.Red614 wrote:The Tonker wrote:Can you assemble them in Football Manager and see how they get on?Red614 wrote:If I could be bothered to assemble it, you could make a hell of a starting 11 from this list. I appreciate the assumption that I'm any good either, the reality couldn't be further. I have one tactic and one alone - only but young talent and loan players from higher divisions that are far too good for your level. Works brilliantly through the conference up to the championship. But then you end up with a team competing for European football and suddenly you've run out of loan players to cheat the league with. Lets just say Arsenal would kill to have Arsene Wenger back after suffering me for 6 months.
