Oh dear Tache. If you read the moderator handbook as well as I have, you'd be we'll aware that section 247, page 471, footnote 2 clearly states that a moderator should seek the administrators permission whenever possible before banning a member. This is also clarified in sections 452 and 517.

Ironic I'm pulling the 'good moderator' card considering the only moderating task I've done on the site is vandalise one of Arkay's posts...

I had permission to ban homebase.... the other one i didnt and rhys threw his toys outta his pram for me banning the bloke.... Fuk da rulez

Don't bans have to be ratified at the bi-annual RBMB moderator conference at the NEC by at least three permanent members of the moderator committee in order for the motion to be passed?
