...but if my dream is anything to go by, in highly controversial fashion.
It's strange for a dream to of been this detailed- I recall the exact score and all the goal scorers. Therefore, it must be a Moses like revelation.
Campbell opened the scoring with a nod in at the back post from a Bellamy corner. Austin equalised not long after, and went on to also earn a free kick in a dangerous area. It was top corner bound with Marshall beaten...until Tommy Smith put his hands up over his head and shoved it over the bar. What was a clear red card handball went completely unnoticed by the referee and linesman, who simply gave a corner. The corner was cleared wide to Kim, who played a brilliant long ball to Bellamy that he made full advantage of since Burnley were still protesting. Rounded the keeper and passed it into the back of the neck
From there, it was a demolition of a broken team. Campbell's second goal was top class, struck from the edge of the box and buried into the top corner. By it was nothing compared to Gunnarrson's, who fired from 40 yards out only for it to strike the underside of the bar and the left pod before finding the roof of the net. The fifth and final goal was a scrappy tap in from Kim after some shocking defending by Burnley.
You heard it here first folks, Burnley 1 - 5 Cardiff :cup:

Soory Red but your dreams are telling you porkies again (remember the Anna Kournikova dream?).
Charlie Austin is out for the season after having his appendix removed.

What's that about Anna Kournikova?

I wouldn't take her appendix out under anaesthetic

For goodness sake, how is there all this confusion over a serious football thread.
I thought I made it clear that Charlie Austin had a dream about scoring with Anna Kournikova but became so excited that his appendix burst and he is out for the rest of the season.
This means that Red is wrong and we will win 5-0 on Saturday because Austin won't be playing - simple.

When Bellamy rounded the keeper, why did he kick the ball into the back of his neck? Was the keeper hurt? Why didn't Bellamy just slot it into the goal?

Concentrate - I told you earlier that Austin isn't playing so it's 5-0.

Yes, but Cardiff scoring five goals in one game clearly places this dream in the realms of utterly outlandish fantasy.....in which case, Austin is perfectly capable of playing with a burst appendix.Cyncoedslumdog wrote:The Tonker wrote:No surprise we ended up winning 5-1, anyway!R-DONO wrote:The Tonker wrote:When Bellamy rounded the keeper, why did he kick the ball into the back of his neck? It could go anyway, but that's the joy of Anna... The appendectomy scar IS in the mix for the first 2 days only...
