Can anybody answer why on earth Europe League games kick off at 20.05.
Why not 20.00??

I assume it's TV (usually is these days) - 8.05 kick-off allows some countries' schedules to begin coverage at 8.00?

It's to do with the early K/O. Get more money out of adverts, etc.
