Going off on a slight tangent, in '96 I saw Frankie Valli at the Copa Room in Sands Casino before it was demolished later that year.
The audience was a very strange mix of the well-heeled, cowboys/rednecks and foreign tourists.
It was like the Sunday night disco in Abercycnon Rugby Club when he sang 'Oh What a Night'.

Lucky indeed Trash. After most of his arena type shows he would usually hit a small club and keep playing in a private session with invited guests. Those gigs are supposedly even more legendary than his official concerts.
Not on a guest list It was a show in a club / cabaret venue in the Rio casino.... and it cost a fortune.... But worth it
What. A. Tune.
