Its so corrupt out there, in fact so many counties are corrupt to the core. It makes me grateful to live in this country and its history and heritage.

Well if the police force is that inherently corrupt and mismanaged then it would seriously worry you. It would be awful if criminals are released due to malpractice on the part of the police.
