OK i'll admit that they have put Healey in there and Parish and Harris also make up the numbers but the strength in depth we have is amazing compared to recent seasons.

Remember when we only had Feretti, Glombard, Byrne, etc to call on either for first team duty or sitting on the bench. We have come a long way.

That is true, how many players has malky bought in? Its good to see that some of the youngsters have signed pro-contracts.

I make it 23 Malky signings. On top of that is Nugent brough through the Ranks and Ralls who had his first game under Malky but i believe was already at the club.

That just leaves Marshall, McNaughton, Mason, Hudson, Whittingham and McPhail as pre Malky first teamers.

To be fair there are some pretty key players amongst those older players but at least Malky seems to have identified that and held onto them while building a new squad around them.

Mason was a Malky signing wasn't he? One of the first, in fact. Is Earnie still listed?

You are right about Mason. I misread his Wikipedia page. Yes Earnie is still listed on there. I reckon there are only a handful among the 31 players though that are becoming surplus to requirements. Players like Kiss confuse me though. Malky gets a chance to see him play for us on loan then signs him up and now he can't get near the first team 31 players listed as being senior squad on Wikipedia page 3392635135
