Snowed In
Rich Man's Log, Friday, January 18, 11am
Woke this morning by the sound of children playing, tried to summon butler to quiet them or have them arrested, bell was frozen, cord broken. Bed so cold, fire hasn't been stoked since at least 4am, lazy staff to blame no doubt.
Currently searching for glass of sherry, port, maybe even a claret. Mustache in desperate need of waxing....

Try setting fire to an owl or an ocelot or a lesser beast from your menagerie to warm up the bed room... other than that ignite the lazy feckless butler when the bounder steps over the threshold.... that'll teach him a lesson that plastic surgery will need to correct
