If any of you are as much of a geek as I am, you'll find this hilarious. A petition to secure funding for the construction of a real life Death Star in 2016 gathered up over 30,000 signatures, and has now been officially responded to by the White House. It includes such amazing quotes as 'The Administration does not support blowing up planets' and '
Why would we spend countless taxpayer dollars on a Death Star with a fundamental flaw that can be exploited by a one-man starship?.
