Went to see 'Life of Pi' 3D... Not a Clark's pie in sight... It was good but a little too cleverly cryptic... Apparently God is a sea water soggy biscuit... Or summat.... I cried at the end because my leg had gone to 'tingly' sleep as I had a Christmas Fry's Turkish Delight in my back pocket (along with a specially stored Christmas day roastie)... I enjoyed the film but would have enjoyed it more if I was cleverer-er.... er... erer

Should've watched The Hobbit...

Going to the flixs again on New Year's day so what's worth seeing...

Is Life of Pi one of those that everyone says "oh its amazing darling" and you go to watch it and think, well that was crap?

Finally got to see Skyfall the other day. Cracking film, not as good as Casino Royal but better than Quantum.

Not seen Pi, but was a bit disappointed with Skyfall. I don't want a soft sentimental Bond, pining over his past of lost love, I want a cold hard killer Bond who enjoys the company of ladies without caring whether they make it to the credits. Lots of things blowing up.help too.
Probably going to see the Hobbit in next couple of days will report back.

Seen both Skyfall and The Hobbit recently. Have to agree with what SBM says about Bond, but I think you'll find that The Hobbit is slow in places and really one for the real Tolkein enthusiast.

Jack Reacher next up for us. Can't believe Tom Thumb cast in the role, but will go with open mind.......... Life of Pi.... 3392635135

Yep I've plumped for the Hobbit on New Year's day... Missus wants to see some derivative Glee style chick flick nonsense... We'll see who exactly wears the trousers tomorrow...

I'll report back on the derivative Glee style chick flick nonsense... Hope it's good Life of Pi.... 1525230823
