...who would it be?
I've got two personal favourites:
1) Harry Redknapp. Yes he likes bungs, yes he's a geezer, but lets be fair he's done we'll at every club he's been at. He's better than anyone we have had managing the side for a while and the players would play for him. He would get the best out of Bale, Ramsey, Allen and we would play exciting football
2) Glen Hoddle. Now hear me out! He's served his time and learnt from his farcical comments and decisions. He was a world class player and got the best out of an over-rated England squad until his stupid comments cost him the job. Tactically he's excellent and wouldn't cost the earth as he just wants back in to football management. Again, the players would respect him...

Harry would be a cracking choice because he has worked with Bale before and knows his strengths in and out.

I can see him managing one of the big 5 in the future - still cutting his teeth but an excellent manager non the less

Good shout Rhys, I'd overlooked him, even if he was a Jack B*****d

I don't honestly think we have enough quality players to make the Wales job attractive to Redknapp. I think he might be alluding to the Republic of Ireland.........Trapattoni's time is surely limited there, despite the dreaded "vote of confidence".

We are going to struggle to get a good experienced international manager in. We can't afford high wages and we are about as attractive a proposition as a league one club at the moment. How about Sven? Pulis part time?
Sven = super expensive
Pulis would deffo make us hard to beat, worth a shout as I'm sure the Welsh job could be done on a part-time basis (it's not like we have loads of players to monitor or anything).
I rate Martinez highly but doubt we would get him.
Looks like Coleman is here until March though. Ho-hum.

Pulls is another good shout. We would probably pick up a lot of bookings with him in charge, but we would be a lot tougher, mentally and physically. And I don't know if the Republic are that enticing, they have an ageing squad and I can't think of anyone coming through the ranks on the scale of Bale, Ramsey, Allen etc? Same goes for Scotland
