Just seen on the telly box... Mental and jaw dropping in equal measure... If you can't be bothered to watch it all go to about 6 mins and have a gander at the horse formation... I'll drop Wayne Nash an e-mail to see if we can can't rustle up a kazoo band... I think the Hilltop Emeralds are still on the circuit...

That's impressive, but we've already had a kazoo band at City.

Wrexham at Ninian Park in the FAW cup thing.

They came on at halftime and marched along the front of the grandstand towards the grange end (which was empty). They turned around and marched back along the length of the grandstand to the canton where I was sitting. They were led by a small boy carrying the Welsh Flag. When they reached the canton stand mad flag boy turned right and set off along the goal line whilst the rest of the band turned around and headed back up the grandstand.

Mad flag boy then turned right following the edge of the penalty area. At this piont it became clear to him that the band were not following as he could see the back end of them marching off towards the half way line. He knew he was going the wrong way but clearly didn't care. He carried on and traced his way around the penalty, re-joined the goal line and headed off towards the corner flag (between the canton and bob bank).

The band realised they had lost him, turned around and headed back towards the canton stand. Mad flag boy wasn't having any of it and when he reached the corner flag he headed off up the touchline in front of the (empty) bob bank.

The Kazoo band's discipline finally collapsed and they broke formation and began to wander aimlessly around the field.

It was a this point the teams came charging out of the tunnel and ran through them.

I'm not sure how it was resolve as I was laughing so much I was in pain and my tears blurred my vision.

It remains to this day the funniest thing I have ever seen at a football game. If there is anyway we could recreate this event at our new stadium we should.

Half time fun and games 692773407 Half time fun and games 692773407 Perhaps if they are trainable and not a completely feral kazoo band we could teach them the flying 'cock 'n balls' formation... It could be an Internet sensation especially if flag boy left the tip of the formation and meandered freestyle around the pitch
