Homewhat do you listen to when dropping off to sleep?

I can't fall to sleep that easy and usually have to watch or listen to something .
Once the mrs has dropped off to sleep, I quiet like to enjoy watching The thick if it on my phone followed by an audiobook.
Anyone else got a bedtime routine?

I listen to my missus chuntering on while I stuff socks in my ears and praying for Morpheus to take me quickly.... No not that one I don't dream of Laurence Fishburne... Well not that often

Tues - Thurs "Late Junction" Radio 3 - 23:00pm - An eclectic mix; from traditional UK and world music, some classical, some blues to pieces of music composed out of ships fog horns and fire engine sirens. It's brilliant!!

About 10 minutes reading (sport or war books), light out then radio 5 on earphones. I usually set it to turn off after 10 minutes and am in the land of nod before it does.
