Arriva Trains Wales - The worlds shittest company?

I really find it quite difficult to express just what an utterly useless, wretched, good for nothing, inept, crap, hapless, incompetent, bungling, stupid, hopeless, rubbish, worthless, pathetic, woebegone, and despicable excuse for a rail company they are.

A severely mentally retarded, blind, deaf alcoholic gibbon with both hands tied behind it's back could do a better job than the clueless, cretinous IDIOTS that are currently "in charge".

I do my best to get that gibbon to obey my commands but he gets quite belligerent once he's been on the sauce. I'd fire him but the disability union would be right on my back.

i agree but I find First Great Western are worse.

I've only ever been on one Great Western train before, and I kid you not the seat next to me fell off when the driver applied the brakes. The vast majority of the rest were rattling like hell. I was beginning to believe if we were to crash, sitting on top of the carriage, being catapulted through the air and hoping I hit something soft gave me a better chance of surviving than being crushed to death by hundreds of seats.

I hate Arriva Trains more than any other company on this planet.

I was under the impression it was a company set up specifically to drain the WAG of as much money as it could.

Saw this little fella on his way home from the station. I can confirm he did park up in a disability space outside Tesco Extra and popped in to pick up a crate of blue WKDs, a lucky dip for Tuesday and 20 Bensons

My mother worked for them for about 2 years until she resigned due to the abuse she was getting from the public and the stress that was causing her.

In fairness she doesnt have anything good to say about the companies policies or procedures either, so when she spoke to a supervisor about them and what customer where unhappy about she was emailed back by one of the top CSM's there and all the email said was , Tell them b*stards if they dont like the prices or service we provide then get a fcking bus.

She was so shocked that when she did resign they wanted to know why so she printed the emial off and sent it back to them.

I agree some companies are sh*t but the people working there are just doing what they are told,Its easy for these big time bosses to dish out rules and prices when they arent the people putting up with the sh*t from the public
