First topic message reminder :
What did everyone have for breakfast today?
I had some greek yoghurt in the fridge that was going off today so I had that with a selection pack sized box of coco pops in it.
It was surprisingly nice as I find cocopops too sweet normally but the sharpness of the yoghurt offset the sweeness nicely.
I may even have it again on purpose on day.
Any other unusual but nice brekfast tips out there?

Acceptable breakfasts for grown men include.
Bacon/sausage sandwich.
Full English.
Bit of toast.
Leftover Kebab/curry.
Cup of tea and a fag.
Any man that finds himself eating Cheerios needs to sit down and have a long hard think about what it is he thinks he's doing.
Always stock up with bacon & sausages when back in the UK, as you just can't find anything comparable in France. This thread has prompted me to check the freezer and, horror of horrors, we are down to our last pack of Asda premium pork sausages
We are not due for another trip back for about a month, so please no more talk of breakfast bangers until after then

Easy solution. Make your own. It's a piece of piss, and there's loads of recipes out there. You only need a sausage maker, you can pick them up for less than £50.

..........great idea, we've thought of that and even went to a "Sausage Appreciation Day" put on by a local rare breeds pork farm. We had a tour of the animals in the fields, then demonstrations in making various types of sausages and also curing bacon......absolutely fascinating........so far so good
However, my wife's interest was ended when we were told that we were making breakfast sausages from "Avril", who had been wandering around with her brothers and sisters only a day or so before
....so now, we can still only eat the pre-packed ones and pretend they came from the sausage tree

Did you find this definition of 'real men' on the back of a cereal packet? I thought they'd disappeared about 20 years ago.

Greasy spoon in Cathays. Very good but not the best Cardiff has to offer. That title goes to the Imperial in Splott.

The way I see it is Mon-Fri cereal or toast with jam or peanut butter and on the weekend after a few beers sausage/bacon sarnies.

Ramon's is a greasy spoon on Salisbury Rd. Quality and well worth a visit if you are hungry.
