This forum is great.
1. Good atmosphere making the mods jobs easy
2. Getting publicity from the media
3. Good banter
4. Good updates with the news etc.
5. Good competitions
6. Good job getting people involved - blogging, looking at ways to improve forum etc. widgets.

I also agree. I mostly lurk, but now I always mostly lurk here as opposed to the other one. When I do wander back, it's like walking through a war zone. Then you see one transfer rumor and it's like finding a remnant of a lost civilization.
