Heard this on YouTube first of all. Its absolutely astonishing how its done, especially with the rap inclusions. Some really amazing talent found on YouTube these days with these and Walk Off The Earth.

D .... (F# A D) <---- Inversion

Left hand plays G-D-Em-C on the lower keys an octave down
