Seems a tad out of order to interfere like that

That's Sky for you! Holding the SPL to ransom, so wrong.

The club go into the liquidation yet they suffer no real consequences.... :suspect:
Except that the previous owners may still face criminal prosecution which they would not have done had a CVA been in place. Football is corrupt from Blatter down and it's probably Murdoch's money that has financed a lot of it.

Whoever is going to buy the remnants is going to need deep pockets and will immediately saddle them with debt. I can't see them succeeding for a very long time.
Does this effectively end the SPL as a competitive spectacle? It's been a two horse race for such a long time and with Rangers on the ropes I really don't see any other club - barring the entrance of a Sugar Daddy - having the clout to keep up with Celtic. No wonder Sky are interfering.
I still, to this day, don't understand how a Cardiff player would leave his childhood team to play in the SPL?
He can't have been on crap money here and if I remember right TG asked him what it would take to keep him at the club. We could have offered a substantial contract (Bellemy as an example).

Some people think they're better than they are. There were no premiership clubs after him so he had to grab what he could whilst he was young enough. Can't see him getting into the current City side.

I wouldn't want Ledley back at Cardiff City. He's a player influenced by money, not a career goal. He certainly isn't a Malky type player so I'd rather he stays up north.

You can't really blame sky for doing this, i doubt many people watch SPL games other than the old firm game. And without Rangers it's now a one horse race.
