The new Rangers have been voted into Division Three by Scottish Football League clubs but say it could trigger a breakaway second tier.

sounds like the SFA could overrule the vote and create this new system, makes a mockery of the vote if that is the case!

Apparently Sky saying funding of the SPL will be no different this season but is expected to change the year after due to Rangers not being in it. So the SPL want to make a second tier (SPL2, which sounds terrible) so they can invite Rangers in, in the hope they get promoted in one season. It's a joke how money motivated the football organisations are. I hope SFL clubs vote against SPL2.

If this ridiculous plan for an SPL2 hopefully gets refused, this could genuinely be the end of Scottish football as we know it. Celtic will win at least three league titles in a row, probably more since it would take Rangers a while to again reach Celtics standard. No doubt Celtic will suffer too. As backwards as it sounds no one would want to go see a team that wins every single game before it even begins.
I have a feeling this might be the time they consider applying for entry into the English leagues, hoping they get better treatment. That would definetely kill Scottish football, as Celtic will dominate and the small amount of competition left in the league will be gone completely. Because of that all players with any passion will move away, wanting to face a challenge and improve themselves. Celtic will sink closer and closer into the pack until no team is anywhere near our league 2.

Would Thames Valley Bluebird and his chums be happy if the same thing happened to us?

Actually they would. They seem to be of the opinion that anyone that hopes for their team to be successful isn't a real supporter, which obviously is completely arse-backwards. I suppose they go to games hoping we lose each time and would be pleased to see us relegated season after season, Y'know, as long as we stay wearing a blue shirt for home games.

Scottish football is a joke. The only time I ever watched it properly was when Larsson played for Celtic because of the quality he was blessed with. Now its worse to watch than the Welsh League because there is less competition and banter. Nothing better than hearing a player shout 'down the wing butt' whilst hoofing it for a fatty to chase.

A good day for Scottish football and the footballing world in general. Not just morally, but the fact that the old firm is finished is superb.
