Lots to admire in that and at least he's honest even if you don't necessarily agree. I particularly like that he's considering supplementing the first team with some U23 players.

I'd never seen that half-time rant video either...

It's more likely he's supplementing the U23's rather than the first team.
I watch them regularly and there looks to be another revamp going on. The team against Bristol Titty last Monday featured five trialsts and only one sub - a goalkeeper. Bellamy was in the stand but whilst the Wurzel bench had an overspill of subs and coaches, we appeared to have a coach, a physio and a sub on ours.

If you look at the City website, there are only seven U-23 players listed, one of whom is out on loan.

Seems like my optimism is misplaced once again!
