doing a quick one so I will be leaving out some details that I think is not very importantOn 13th, a person related to the agency said "the transfer from Osaka to Cardiff city is basically done." "The official announcement will be made soon."Kim Bo Kyung's transfer is receiving much attention from the Japanese media. Sports Hochi(spelling might be wrong) reported that according to Osaka team's official, Kim Bo Kyung's transfer fee will be 2.5M pounds, with annual wage of 1.2M pounds. KBK, who just finished training at the Paju training center for the exhibition match against New Zealand, showed much expectation(zeal? positiveness? you get the idea). KBK tried to move to Europe last season also. It seemed to go smoothly with Stoke City and Benfica but he couldn't deny Cerezo's plea to play with them for one more season.KBK stated, "I realize how much of an effect moving to England will be. There was no problem with Cerezo because I have been talking to them about moving to Europe since last season. I will try to go higher with this transfer as my foundation." In Championship league, there are many games and rough plays are common. KBK said "I know about that part(I think he's talking about rough plays). Looking at my past experiences, I had trouble on those types of things. I've been listening to Ki Sung Yeung about it too. With his advice, I am preparing well for it."Normally introverted(maybe too strong of a word, shy maybe?), KBK is infamous for not deviating. Other than going to the training center and staying in the house, he usually does not do much outside activities. He said, "personally, I don't really like to go out to hang out. But I've been listening to other Sunbaes. Ki said that I also have to change my social personality. So I will listen to all the advice and if there's a need to change socially, I will." Regarding the difficulties of language barrier he stated, "The manager/coach also seems to be worrying about it. I will try hard so that I can fit well with the players and the team."

Sounds positive. Doesn't seem to be the sort of bloke to go on the lash the night before a big game! Won't be winning the Michael Chopra Memorial Award forIrresponsibility any time soon.

Benfica were interested in him, Fulham were interested in Etien. Looks like Malky is making some right steals here if this goes through.

I suddenly have a concern...
Benfica and Stoke were interested last season, why aren't they now considering he's another year matured? Cardiff, Celtic and a refused offer from (I think) Monaco were all that surfaced this time around. I know the kid has stated he was only interested in English, Scottish or German football, but it'd be hard to turn Benfica or a premiership team away if they came knocking again.

If you read that link i posted mate it may take away some of your concerns. Those Koreans think he's the next Messi!!!
They honestly believe he should be playing champions league football and if he's half as good as they think he is, he'll be a steal for us

I'm not massively concerned, afterall even if Benfica see him as no longer good enough it doesn't mean he wouldn't be amazing for us both in the championship and premiership days. It just seemed a bit strange really so it got me wondering.
Honestly of all out signed players so far if he comes he is my most favoured, not only is he skilled in a role we desperately need filling but he's also a potentially massive future star.

Fairs fair Mr Humblegringo good riposte content but the Korean's owned you totally when it came to spelling and remembering to use capital letters
Also "There are lots of Korean NT players that I would be pleased with going to Cardiff who are good prospects, whether you're talking about Nam Tae Hee or as hodori mentioned Yoon Bit Garam"... I think I've already seen these in Cardiff on the menu in Wagamamas... I know, I know... Reported
