Billy Bodin could be another Mendez-Laing type signing. He's been scoring regularly from midfield for a few seasons. He's cheap and he's Welsh. No risk.

Hayes has distanced himself from Cardiff by saying he knows nothing about a move from Celtic. I'd rather go for Bodin as he's Welsh and Hayes turned us down

There were also rumours of a striker coming in on loan but I'm less convinced by that - it's midfield cover we need and Colin said as much.
