As pointed out, it does seem very un-Cardiff-like but that's because the club has historically been a shower of s**t at getting stuff done, nice that it seems to be progressing as planned for now.

Perhaps the change has been that Warnock has been performing some ventriloquism on Tan as implied by the main article picture though?

Warnock does look like he has long spindly arms and Tan isn't the biggest bloke...perhaps there is some truth in this?

Well I never! I always thought Tan looked like a villainous thunderbird puppet

It could be that Tan has actually been dead for some time and Warnock has just been dragging and puppeting him around in a "Weekend At Bernie's" stylee
