I have to wear it for another 6 months...i kind of got used to the jewellery courtesy of HMP Cardiff!

He reminds me of Bellamy at his most on-field belligerent....and Chopra off it.

I too am back, not like a fart in a lift, but more like a Domino's pizza that you really liked last night and even though it hasn't really changed, it is even better the day after.

I notice a few things have changed however, namely;

1) a reality TV star is the US president and now controls 9,000 nuclear warheads
2) Fidel Castro has been reincarnated as the leader of the Labour Party
3) an MP that earned the nickname "the submarine" for disappearing when problems appeared has become the UK prime minister
4) Leicester have now overtaken us and won the Premier League
5) Swansea are somehow clinging on to life in the Premier League
6) Arkay is now married

I think we can all see which of these is the most absurd
