Smart appointment. Think the obvious move will see Warnock take on a DOF role and Bellerz become head coach in 18 months' time.

This sort of appointment, just like that of Warnock himself, will go a long way to mend bridges.
With any luck, we will now see a more-patient, united fan base.
On the face of it, the club does seem to be doing the right things at last, but the turnaround is not going to happen overnight. Having such well-respected figures as Warnock and Bellamy on board will certainly help in promoting the serious intentions of the club.
