I'm going to the Trust AGM tonight, after which I will be completely ITK but I won't be telling you lot anything. You're not discreet like me.

Could do a lot worse. A lot were clambering for a young ambitious manager, now there's a chance are critical of the possible appointment

City can't win.

Ankles on the dark side is now taking umbrage that Tan will decide on who gets the job. He's the friggin' owner for Christ sake.

As you say, at the end of the day, it is Tan's money at stake. He has learned a lot in his time at City and maybe feels that the time is right for a major re-think. The Bournemouth & Eddie Howe model has been mentioned a few times, so why not give it a go...........got to be better than Neil Lennon imo.

In all seriousness, nobody seemed to have a Scooby about who would be appointed but a manager that Rob Phillips has been hugely impressed by is John Sheridan. It appears that Rusty has been rewarded with a non job carrying little influence.
Jason Perry spoke impressively at length about tactics (and the lack of them!).

That's all very well, but what were the vol-au-vents like?
