Noone is worth the £2m. He hasn't been anywhere near the player we know he is this year, but I put the blame for so many players not achieving at the door of the club.

I agree about Manga and I would also cash in on Marshall this time around.

As long as by 'cash in' you mean refuse to take anything below 4 million, then I'm with you TDA. If that gets inmediately reinvested into the rest of the squad then it's really for the greater good. Marshall deserves top level football for all he's done for us.

After I posted that, I thought that I should have said that provided the money was right and provided the proceeds were used to strengthen the squad in other areas.

I feel that in Moore & Lewis, we have keepers good enough for this division. Marshall may well have saved a few goals, but the team still manages to find ways to lose games they shouldn't.

I am also doubtful about his role as onfield captain. With Gunnarsson appearing to be an immovable fixture in the side, I am surprised that Slade didn't appoint him as the formal leader.

think marshall has to go as captain and also if we get a decent offer for him i would take it. turner or gunnarsson could make decent club captains

i would take any decent offer for craig noone as i am unsure about his worth to the club and as far as le fondre is concerned there is obviously a spat going on between him and russell.
