Too quiet on here by half, so how about sharing the lyrics of those songs that mean something special to you?  Can be absolutely anything........ O/T - Memorable song lyrics..... 692773407

I'll start with something from 1971, when, yes, I was still at school........ O/T - Memorable song lyrics..... 4228682415

"She said she'd like to bathe in milk, he said, "All right, sweetheart,"
And when he'd finished work one night he loaded up his cart.
He said, "D'you want it pasturize? 'Cause pasturize is best,"
She says, "Ernie, I'll be happy if it comes up to my chest."

A verse that just pops back into the old brain from time to time.  Wish I could sing like Bobby Darin.....or even Robbie Williams.....

"On a sidewalk, blue Sunday mornin'
Lies a body just oozin' life
Some, someone's sneakin' 'round a corner
could that someone be Old Mack the Knife?"

Sure Red will agree......not so much the lyrics, more the video.......always makes me smile / wince....O/T - Memorable song lyrics..... 1525230823

He got the action, he got the motion
Oh yeah, the boy can play
Dedication, devotion
Turning all the night time into the day

I'd not seen this before, but it was the original UK version, but the US had a copyright (above) and this disappeared from view.  This actually ties in much better with the lyrics, but I still love the NFL one.

Nothing to do with music, but on the subject of American Football, this was the highlight of last weekend........I reckon David Marshall couldn't do that, although Pat Jennings used to catch the ball one-handed.
