But it can't be, because ankles was thanking Staff for his posts and he wouldn't do that if he was the same person would he because that would mean he was deliberately making it look like two people when it wasn't. That would mean he had made it all up himself and he wouldn't do that would he?

I didn't know anything either until Tache's post here, but my interpretaion is that because his "updates" had been ridiculed so much, Ankles had taken up posting as "Staff"........an insider at City leaking information anonymously.....all pretty pathetic really.

You're right TDA. There had been 'exclusives' from an insider called Staff which were 'replied to' by ankles.
Don't know how it was outed but Steve Borley was annoyed because City had carried out internal investigations to see if there actually was a mole.
I don't see how the Echo can continue to publish a weekly column whose author has no credibility.

...and I'm not to sure how much of the finished article is his either, from reading his aamb posts it's clear that his WO articles are polished up a bit.

Speaks volumes about the menatlity of the editors at WO to ever contemplate publishing such rubbish in the first place. I wouldn't expect much to come of it.

Carl had to come clean that he was posting under different aliases due to someone hacking his account and threatening to out him. All very childish.
I do genuinely think he may have some sort of physiological issue, though. I don't know the bloke, but he is now in his mid 40's I believe, and craves the attention of a 10-year-old.
