Just seen this on Twitter - Another Dane arrives in The Premier League. René Skovdahl becomes an assistent for Ole Gunnar Solskjær in Cardiff.
Solskjaer has previously said that he and Skovdahl are a package and he worked as his no. 2 at Molde.

So I guess that officially kills the Mike Phelan rumour...
