Personally, considering the quality of opposition and the length of time he spent on the pitch, I think he looked very promising.

He defended a corner with a very powerful header, then a few minutes later, ran through the Man Utd midfield and hit a 25 yard shot. Admittedly it was rather limp but showed the confidence he must have?

You could actually hear everyone laugh in the stadium as anticipation gave way to 'wtf was that?' Lol

Though agree, is good to have him back!

It did bobble along the floor rather slowly and probably shows his lack of exposure to first team football recently as he didn't hit it right!

But a decent start nonetheless

He could have avoided any embarrassment after that 'shot' by playing Noone in on the left.

Lack of composure but I'll put it down to over-eagerness.

Indeed, he looked like a very good prospect. Hopefully we can keep him fit, and introduce him into the first team more and more. He could be like a new signing for us, kicking us on through the winter period.

I'll put it down to his quiff falling into his eyes and his losing all sense of where he was on the pitch.....Cornelius is alive! 692773407
