West Broms management have inexplicably stalled his new contract talks, with only 8 months left on his two year contract. Meant as only a short term replacement to Hodgson, he has since led Albion to their highest league position in 30 years and masterminded some great performances this season.
Is he the perfect man to allow Tan a chance to get rid of Malky? His contract will expire in the summer - meaning he potentially could be signed free of charge, and in a period where our season performances won't be affected.

Very true.TDA wrote:.....and might Malky be tempted by West Brom?
I have to be honest, through all my current defence of Malky I've often wondered how he would cope at a 'big' team - Manchester United , Arsenal, Chelsea etc. He's undoubtedly defensively minded, and the big teams fans demand attractive, attacking football. They know English football is pretty poor compared to the continent, so to compete against Barcelona and Bayern Munich they have to be able to completely destroy 75% of the premiership. Do you ever see Malky setting out to truly 'dominate'? He'd gain enemies quickly if, as Manchester United manager, he nicks an early goal but then puts 11 men behind the ball against Aston Villa.
