Ill be optimistic and say 9 from 15. Norwich are beatable on current form, Swansea could buckle under the atmosphere. Aston Villa can't defend corners for anything, so Whitts could tear them a new one. United are too good for us, and Arsenal will be giving me nightmares for weeks at the thought of what they could do to our defence.

Gotta remain positive,

That is 10 points by reckoning.
The Norwich game is the most important - we really need at least a point from that. We can pick up a point from Swansea and Villa, whilst anything against Man United and Arsenal has to be seen as a huge bonus.

We could actually come out the other side of that lot with "nil points".
Watched Villa v Spurs yesterday and Spurs were excellent, but Villa are better this year and we can expect a difficult game.
As Gloves says, Norwich is important. Early in the season to talk about 6-point games, but, like Fulham, that is a game that we ought to be able to dominate and win.
Although we are in the PL, we did win the Championship "by a street" and, given that there is an degree of overlap of class and ability between the two leagues, we should have confidence going into that game.
A positive result at Norwich could kick-start our season and lead on to good things against Swansea.
A loss to the Canaries and, given recent events at CCS, I truly fear for morale and our PL prospects.

Part of me is definetely wondering how many points Tan is expecting. It's set in stone in my head that he's waiting for a reason to sack Malky, and using this run of games as an excuse seems ideal.

I got a feeling Malky won't be the manager come the end of January. Either sacked or not backed in the transfer market and he leaves
