Why would some of you be happy with replacing Malky?

I'm ruthless enough to not care as long as someone of a higher calibre who could continue building the club replaced him.
I like Malky and I don't want him to go but if a good replacement was found then so be it...

I guess I look a bit hipocritical. I share concerns identical to TDA that Malky, from a tactical perspective , can come across lacklustre. My point still stands that if a game runs away from him early he has failed to ever truly make drastic changes to the set up. Inevitably, if we are losing at half time , we tend to lose at full time.
But simultaneously, sacking him makes zero sense. Our performances thus far have been excellent. People critiscise the posession and chance creation but choose to forget that we only struggle in posession against the big teams. Look at the stats against hull, Fulham and Newcastle, all three of which we had more posession than our opposition. I don't see a point in destabilising the team by sacking a manager that this far has done nothing wrong.

My happiness would depend entirely on who we replaced him with.
