I want to ask you guys what you think is the best way to discuss the rebranding on this forum. It is clearly a very important issue to us all and I don't people to think that because it's in a separate room that we can't talk about it.

The original reason for the separate room was to save every conversation turning into a re-branding conversation (like has happened occasionally on the other boards) and so that we can get on with talking about the club.

So what do people think?

Keep it in a separate room?
Have it all in one room and if it goes a bit mental move it to the other thread?
Have a permanent sticky for rebrand chat only (since it tends to be about the same thing)?
A combination of the above?

The sticky option is a brilliant one. Thats the one I voted for. Poll on how we want to discuss the Rebrand on this forum 833362651

And if someone starts a thread about rebranding just merge it into the stickied one?

Separate room please. I like to log on knowing I won't have to trawl through re-branding repetition; If I want to go and have a look I know where it is, or I can pop over to CCMB. It's currently one of this MB's USP's. Poll on how we want to discuss the Rebrand on this forum 1525230823

Exactly. One sticky thread at the top doesn't hurt anyone. I've just taken a look around other message boards and its a good way to get a massive thread going. I'd go with the sticky option but its up to the majority of the board. They're the members, not me. Poll on how we want to discuss the Rebrand on this forum 1525230823

Can we not rename this board 'The Rebranding Forum' and have 24/7 coverage and chat about the rebrand with loads of abuse thrown in for good measure? Preferably I'd like it if everyone just maintained their opinion throughout the whole debacle without once yielding to sensible arguments from either side but just ratcheting up the abuse as the days wore on to ever-higher levels of insanity until everyone gets sick of it? Is that possible?

That that bold bit out and you're talking about CCMB. :laughingabit:

I like the current arrangement, but occasionally things of importance do come up from time-to-time, which are not about sniping or slagging people off, they are purely events which actually concern us in a real way.

This is my preference. If I want to discuss rebranding ad infinitum (which I most definately don't), I'll log onto CCMB and AAMB.

That's what sets this place apart.
