Yes it's a confusing thing watching Penarth. Are you better than a KCB member because you are watching proper rubbish football or are you supporting an evil bastardised club. Are they MK Dons or Wimbledon. Are new Penarth like FC Cardiff, only more noble for playing in Wales. The confusion isn't helped by the red shirts and black shorts.

It's all down to money. None of this matters at this level because there's bugger all cash floating around. At the CCFC level the rebrand is associated with the injection of substantial funds and the promise of a Premier League cash bonanza. Money is the root of all evil.
